Charlie, Lily, Gracie & Stella Bella

"Charlie" Way - probably a Jack-Weenie mix (18 lbs) rescued from a local pound. He was scheduled to be put down the next day because he was so sick with kennel cough & infested with fleas & ticks. He's since been on 2 magazine covers, in a book, performed in a play in NC & has modeled for several pet catalogs. He also does a skit of about 6 tricks & loves agility plus he also has his AKC Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) certification. Charlie has an incredible loving disposition & has become very "hen pecked" living with all females! (:)
"Lily" Way - this photo won the 2006 ASPCA annual photo contest. Lily is probably a Chi-Weenie mix (9 lb) also rescued from HORRIBLE conditions. I was told she was a pregnant stray found wondering the streets of Abilene with little Gracie. She ended up at a rescue organization that keeps their dogs in chain-link pens in middle of field with no trees or screens for shade - only 1 dog house to a pen for 10-15 dogs to share. Texas temperatures reach in the 100's. Lily is shy, funny & very affectionate.
"Gracie" Way - definately York-Weenie mix (7 lb) & SPOILED BEYOND ROTTEN! I adopted Gracie few months after Lily as soon as I heard they were both found pregnant & together wondering the streets in Abilene. Gracie came from the same horrible conditions at the rescue organization. Gracie & Lily are definately related & inseparable. Gracie is very prissy & bossy.

Lilly & Charlie became fast friends & are smitten in love with each other.
